There were three different styles of interior available in 65 442s.  Well, four if you count the bench seat option available in Sports Coupes.  Below are the styles and colors used in all four body styles.
Holiday Coupe (3837) and Convertible (3867) use the same seat and door patterns.  Rear seat in convertible is narrower to accomodate the top mechanism.

Sports Coupe (3827)  Seat patterns are totally different, along with the door panels, which do not cover the top edge of the doors.

A bench seat was optional on the Cutlass Sports Coupe.  The material used on two-tones was cloth and vinyl, white and black were all vinyl.

The price leader F85 Club Coupe was also offered with the 4-4-2 performance package.  This model came with a spartan interior, a front bench seat was manditory and the rear seat is wider to take up the area where the arm rests would be.
